If the temperature of stored food is not good, check:
The refrigerator is too full
The door is not closed or was opened and closed too many times
The refrigerator is near the heater
The thermostat position is too low
If the food in the cabinet is frozen, check:
The thermostat position is too high
The food is placed near the evaporator
If noise is too loud, check:
The base of the refrigerator was not taken off
The place it is not flat.
The back of the appliance is touching the wall.
If you touch the appliance and feel an electric shock, check:
The earth wire is good.
If the earth wire is good, please power off immediately and contact our
service department.
Note: if you follow these instructions, and your refrigerator is still not
working, please contact our service department or the authorized service
place.
