MONITOR INSTALLATION
Avoid locations close to heat sources, dusty or smoky areas.
For a right installation, use the installation template for ART 7 monitors (Code 50124279).
1. Place the upper part of the template at a height of 1.65m.
2. If there is an embedding box, locate the holes in line with the box fixation points and screw the bracket over the. If the bracket is going
to be fixed over the wall, drill 4 holes of 6mm, use the template to locate them correctly (A); Fix the bracket using the right screws.
3. Pass the UTP cable through the central hole and crimp it with a RJ-45 connector. If the monitor is powered with a local power
supply or devices like an external ringer or a doorbell button are used, connect them using the corresponding terminal. Use the
connector supplied with the monitor.
4. Place the monitor in front of the bracket, aligning the fixation points with the bracket nails. Slide down to fix the monitor.

MONITOR CONFIGURATION
Once the monitor boots the first time, it will ask for the initial configuration:
Before monitor configuration, make sure that server panel has been correctly initialized.
The length of the calling code ("Longitud Código llamada") need to be the same as the door panel setting. Use 5 as default to call moni-
tors with codes like 1365.

The apartment number ("Dirección de la vivienda"), should be set between 1 and 799. Each monitor should have a different apart-
ment number, unless they belong to the same apartment.
The maximum number of monitors inside an apartment is 6, There cannot exist two monitors with the same apartment number and
monitor number.
Once the monitor is configured, place the button
starting the registration process in the server panel. From that instant the monitor can communicate with the panel or other monitors
