ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 Place the locking top and drawer unit (A) on its back. Carefully
open the locking top.
STEP 2 Slide chrome legs (C) into square holes in corners of locking top
(A) until bolt holes are aligned at top of legs.
STEP 3 Determine on which side of the cart the side push handle (D) will
be mounted. Then, insert two long bolts (H) with two fl at washers and lock
washers. Repeat this procedure for other corners using 2 short bolts.
STEP 4 Use four bolts to secure legs to bottom of body.
STEP 5 Slide bottom tray (B) onto legs and fasten.
STEP 6 Mounting casters: Put the four casters (G) in place. The two lock-
ing casters should be on one side of the cart (recommend same side as
push handle) and the two non-locking casters should be on the other (left
or right side, NOT front or back). A rubber mallet is reccomended to
ensure casters are fully installed.
