The refrigerator is near a heat source.
The thermostat is set to a too low setting.
The food in the cabinet is frozen:
The thermostat is set to a too high setting.
The food is placed near the evaporator
Noise is too high:
Verify that all packing material was removed, including the base.
The surface where the refrigerator is set is not flat.
The back of the refrigerator is touching the wall.
You get an electric shock when you touch the appliance:
Verify that the electrical plug is properly grounded.
If the ground connection is OK, power off immediately and contact our
service department.

working, contact our service department for authorized maintenance.
