CAutIoN: Do not leave the cart unattended in
an upright position while assembling. Pay close
attention to the stability of the cart while it
remains in an upright position
Step 1: (fig. 1)
1. Position cart body halves upright on a smooth level
surface such as a garage floor or a paved driveway. See
figure 1.
2. Assemble halves together using three 1/4" x 5/8" hex
bolts (A) and 1/4" nylock nuts (D) as shown in figure 1.
Do not tighten. See figure 1.

Step 2: (fig. 2)
1. Attach the lower rear angle (6c) to the cart halves using
four 5/16 X 3/4" truss head bolts (C) and 5/16 nylock
nuts (E). Do not tighten. See figure 2.

Step 3: (fig. 3)
1. Attach the left and right rear angles (6b, 6a) to the cart
bed using one 1/4 X 5/8" hex bolt (A) and a 1/4" nylock
nut (D) for each side. Do not tighten. See figure 3. NOTE:
the top of the rear angles should go underneath the lip
in the cart bed.

Step 4: (fig. 4)
1. Secure the left and right rear angles using two 1/4 X
3/4" hex bolts (J) and nylock nuts (D). Do not tighten.
