Setting cut-out points
!
The cut-out points of the VLE 2130 / 2130 F are
pre-set at the factory and do not usually need to be
altered on initial commissioning. They should howe-
ver be checked.
!
The voltages of the potentiometers must be measu-
red if the lower and upper cut-out points are chan-
ged. Changes are only permissible in the 200 mV and
4,8 V voltage range.
i
We recommend only altering these factory settings if
absolutely necessary or if expressly requested by the
customer.
i
The stored values are retained even with the power
supply switched off.
The following settings are to be checked:
R
The specified lower and upper support arm cut-out
points.
R
The position of the automatic safety stop on lowe-
ring.
Standard settings:
Cut-out point
Remarks
Lower cut-out point
The clearance between the lowest
point of the support arm and the floor
should be 10 mm.
Upper cut-out point
The distance between the top edge
of the column base plate and the lo-
west point of the standard loadbe-
aring component must not exceed
1900 mm.
Safety stop
At least 200 mm between the lowest
point of the support arm and the floor.
!
When setting the lifting carriages for the first time
or following repair work, these must be set at least
15 mm higher than specified for normal operation in
the lower position on account of the run-on.

If a fault occurs during the test, this is encoded and stored in
the EEPROM. The control system can then no longer be set to
operating mode. If operating mode is selected after a fault has
occurred resulting from this test, both LEDs flash alternately
(green/orange). This fault can only be reset by successfully
implementing the activation/diagnosis function procedure (elimi-
nate any faults or replace defective components).
