Continuance for all vehicles:
Refit the bumper cover following the same sequence in reverse while at the same time pulling the wiring harness

into the vehicle and positioning the wiring grommet.
Route the sensor harness to the control unit of the parking distance control system (see page 5, fig. 3, -4-).

Secure the harness with the supplied cable ties to the existing car wiring.

1.4 Fit the buzzer
A5 and A4 saloon only:

The buzzer -1- is glued in the luggage compartment in the rear right seat belt guide -2- Interior bodywork fitting;
Rep.-Gr. 70; trim / padding.
Use a suitable cleaner to degrease the buzzer -1- installation position.

Use the supplied double-sided adhesive tape to mount the buzzer -1-.

Route the buzzer harness to the control unit of the parking distance control system (see page 5, fig. 3, -4-).

1.5 Installing the controller and connecting the power harness up

Note
The connectors-1- are designed such that they can only be connected with the sockets on the controller -3 - in one
position.
Plug the sensor connector -1- according to its numbering into the associated sockets "1" to "4" on the control unit

-3-, until it "clicks" into the fixed position.
Plug the power lead connector -2- into the associated socket on the controller -3-, until it "clicks" into the fixed
−
position.
Plug the buzzer connector -4- into the associated "BUZ" socket on the controller -3-, until it "clicks" into the fixed
−
position.
