Neck Massage
1. Wipe the neck with a damp cloth.
2. Wet the massage heads (12) with water.
3. Hang the neck massage device around your neck so that the
massage heads are resting against your neck.

The EMS pads (3) are not required if only the neck is
going to be treated.
Massage With EMS Pads
The EMS pads (3) are used to treat the muscles of the abdo-
men, legs, arms, back or buttocks. The neck massage device
can but does not have to be put on.
1. Clean and dry the area of the body being treated.
2. Plug the connector of the electrode cable (2) into the sock-
et (9) on the device.
