WARNINGS & CAUTIONS
• TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH: TURN OFF POWER at circuit breaker or fuse and test that
power is off before wiring or servicing fixture!
• TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH: this product MUST BE connected to a wiring system with
an equipment grounding conductor.
• TO AVOID ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE: clean lens surface with damp cloth only.
• This product should be installed, inspected, and maintained by an electrician, in accordance with
all applicable electrical codes.
• Read these instructions before installation and retain for future reference.
• The equipment is required to be installed with metallic conduit or armored cable to facilitate external
equipotential bonding.
• For connections use wire rated to a minimum of 95˚C.

Leviton warrants to the original consumer purchaser and not for the benefit of anyone else that this product at the
time of its sale by Leviton is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for five
years from the purchase date. Leviton's only obligation is to correct such defects by repair or replacement, at its

Step 1: (Wall & Pole Mount): Remove Wall Bracket
[A] from the Power Supply Box [B] (Fig. 1).

Step 2: (Wall & Pole Mount): Assemble the Power
Supply Box [B] to Head [C] (Fig. 2) in desired
configuration (see Configurations).

Pole Mount - Proceed to Step 3B

Step 3A: (Wall Mount): Mount Wall Bracket in desired
location. Ensure a minimum of two (2) 3/8" bolts (not
provided) are used to secure the fixture to the wall
surface. One in each of the upper [X] and lower [Y]
hole clusters (Fig. 3A). NOTE: It is recommended
to use four (4) bolts in high wind and vibration
environments.

Wall Mount - Proceed to Step 4A
Step 4A: (Wall Mount): Slide assembled fixture [D]
onto Wall Bracket [A].
Step 5: (Wall Mount): Align and mount the lower four
(4) M6 bolts first [E] then proceed with the top four (4)
M6 bolts [F] (Fig. 4A).

Step 7: (Wall & Pole Mount): Open the Power
Supply Box lid (Fig. 7).

Wall Mount
Step 3B: (Pole Mount): Position tenon bracket (not
provided) onto pole and secure in place with three (3) 3/8"
hex bolts (Fig. 3B).

Step 4B: (Pole Mount): Position fixture onto pole mount
tenon bracket and secure in place with four (4) M6 bolts
(Fig. 4B).

Step 6: (Wall & Pole Mount): Adjust Head angle if

required. NOTE: Adjustable in 15 degree increments.
Step 8: (Wall & Pole Mount): Connect the desired
Conduit/Wire runs to the desired 3/4" NPT entry and run
wire as per applicable standards for area of use.
Step 9: (Wall & Pole Mount): Connect the AC IN feed to
labeled wires in the Power Supply Box as per applicable

Step 10: (Wall & Pole Mount): Close the Power Supply
Box lid. Torque lid screws according to Fig. 8.
