1. Personal information about preset users U1-U4 (GENDER / AGE / HEIGHT / WEIGHT), or input of actual
personal user information (GENDER / AGE / HEIGHT / WEIGHT). The console will calculate the value accordingly.
2. Select manual control (MANUAL) / program control (PROGRAMS) / permanent watt setting (WATT
CONSTANT) / personal program control (PERSONAL) / heart rate control (HRC). The user can choose between
different control modes, please note the following specifications of the main control mode. Execute manual
control (MANUAL) / programme control ( PROGRAMS) / Watt setting (WATT CONSTANT) / personal programme
control (PERSONAL) /heart rate control (H.R.C).
3. Setting TIME / DISTANCE /CALORIES / WATTS) / HEART RATE
Setting and entering user information, the function display value will count down to 0; or the user does not need
to set a value and the console will automatically count up from 0 when the user starts exercising.
Heart rate response
If the PULSE detection is activated, you can activate the detection of the heart rate by pressing the heart rate
reaction button, with a test time of 1 minute and a countdown to 0:00. The heart rate symbol flashes until 0 is
reached. Please keep your hand on the contact surface during this one minute. When the countdown finishes at
0, the console performs the user's F1 ~ F6 heart rate response rating.

Function Mode

MANUAL – Enter this mode to set a resistance from 1 ~ 24 and enter for each function, such as: TIME /
DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE, each enter a user value and then press the "Start / Stop" button to begin
training.
PROGRAM -The console provides 12 types of diagrams to simulate 12 different resistance ranges. Let yourself
be challenged, increase / decrease it to choose a resistance diagram that is suitable for you, it flickers during the
selection process. Press [Mode] to confirm.
WATT CONSTANT - Watt constant set by the user according to the body's own fitness 10-350. To determine
the watt value, press the "Start / Stop" button and then use the specified watt value as the exercise target.
