Depending on the brand of cutting die in use, different platform combinations
may be required. Please reference "Using Other Brands" for guidelines.
Position cutting die blade side
up, smooth side sitting on
base platforms 'B' ,'C', & 'D'.
Keeping the platform combination
straight, guide into the eBosser
with steady forward motion.
Remove the combination
once the motor stops running.
Tip: Do not place cutting
edge against base platforms
('B', 'C', or 'D').
Tip: If the cut is incomplete,
add an additional shim
between base plat forms
('B', 'C', or 'D').
Important: Never place a shim
as the top or bottom layer of
the platform combination.
USING THIN CUTTING DIES
Position material over the
cutting die. Position
platform 'A' on top of
the material to be cut.
Release when the rollers begin
pulling the platform combination
into the machine.
Optional: Place the shim(s)
between base
platforms ('B', 'C', or 'D')
