It is recommended to use flat-bottom pans with. Do not use pans with a rough base to prevent scratching the
heat surface of the cooktop
Pots and pans used must have flat bases wholly covering the heating zone.
Pots and pans with curved or distorted bases receive the heat inefficiently, cooking proceeds more slowly
and power consumption increases. Well —matched pot lids are also an essential factor energy saving.
Stainless steel pans, as well as aluminum thick base pots are the best choice for electric hot. Also heat
resistant glass pans can be used, provided that they exactly match heating plates. If glassware diameter
plate, the thermal stresses may easily cause pan fracture. Too big or too sudden changes in temperature
may damage heat — resistant glass pans. Therefore it is recommended not to pour cold water into hot pans,
no place them on cold stone or metal, if the glass is not resistant to thermal shock.
When using glass pans, high power heating plates must not be set to the temperature higher than power
level 2.
Caution:
Avoid scraping the glass of the hob when you move the pans. Lift them up to move.
Do not leave any cooking utensils on the hob when it is switched on.
Never heat an empty pan.
