Mounting the lantern base
□
Push the wires into the junction box.
□
Slide the lantern base (A) onto the large
mounting screws (DD) and tighten the
decorative fixture nuts (CC) against the lantern
base (A).

Caulking the lantern base
□
Caulk around the lantern base (A) with silicone
weather sealant.

Removing the battery tab from
the lantern
□
Before installing the lantern (B) onto the
lantern base (A), remove the battery tab (2)
from the back of the lantern (B).
NOTE: The lantern will turn on when the battery tab has
been removed (day and night).

Attaching the lantern to the
lantern base
□
Place the front of the lantern (B) onto the
lantern base (A) and rotate the lantern (B)
toward the wall until a snap is felt.
NOTE: The lantern will turn off once the lantern is
properly attached to the lantern base (daylight only).
