Problem
The floor video switcher
cannot be programmed
manually.
When scrolling through
the available images on
the video internal unit, a
grey image is visible.
The image on the video
internal unit is not
clear.
The correct camera im-
age is not displayed on
the monitor of the video
internal unit in the event
of a call.

Cause
The floor video switcher has
previously been programmed
via the service unit.
No video external unit or camera
connected to one of the video
switcher inputs.
Conductors V1 and V2 have been
reversed.
Cable is unsuitable:
• Cable distance is too great.
• Cable is eroded;
• Cable cross-section too
small;
• Cable is not a twisted pair
cable.
The gain on the splitters is not
set correctly.
No or wrong addresses assigned
to the video external units.

Remedy
Programme the floor video

Deactivate the input with
