On the back of the smoker, remove six screws to remove the outer element panel, insulator and element gasket.

Remove four hex nuts, lock washer (D) and star washer (E) to remove inner element panel and insulator. Your smoker
may or may not have the lock washer and star washer. If it does not, they are provided with this kit to assemble the
element.
