Beef meatballs filled with cheese
Preparation and cooking: approx. 30 min. (small size) / approx. 35 min. (large size)

Sausage meat from veal

Pepper, to taste

Breadcrumbs

Makes approx. 24 small meatballs / approx. 8 large meatballs
1. Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix the
ground beef, sausage meat, mustard and
onion in a bowl and season. Knead the
mixture well until it becomes a compact mass.
2. Cut the cheese into 24 (small size) or 8 (large
size) cubs. Then form and fill the meatballs
with the Filled Meatball Maker (see p. 7)
3. Put some breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Roll
the meatballs in the breadcrumbs and press
on firmly. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying
pan. Fry the meatballs portion for portion
from all sides for approx. 8 min (small size) or
approx. 13 min (large size).
Serve with: Tomato salad
