10. Place the blades on the metal peg making sure the blades fit securely with the
pins. Place the white fan knob (found in plastic bag) onto shaft.
fan knob is reverse threaded and must be turned counter clockwise (or to the
left) to tighten securely.
11. Loosen the screw on the bottom of the white grill ring, but do not remove.
The screw will be tightened in Step 13.
12. Gently lay the fan on its side to attach the front grill plate easier. Place the
front grill plate over the fan blades and line it up with the back grill plate.
Attach the grill ring to the fan grills by gently maneuvering the ring onto the
outer rim of the grills as you work your way up the sides of the grill ring.
13. The grill ring will slowly fall into place. Tighten the grill ring screw with a
Phillips head screwdriver until there is approximately a ¼" or more gap
between the 2 ends of the grill ring. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLOSE THE GAP.
14. The fan is ready to use.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE
DO NOT IMMERSE THE PEDESTAL FAN BASE INTO WATER AT ANY TIME
