Problem
If the machine
does not start
The coating material does not come out
of the hole in the nozzle.
The coating material drips from the noz-
zle.
Low nebulisation.
Pulsating jet during spraying.
The paint coagulates on the item being

Excessive nebulisation of the coating
material (Over spray).
Colour weak or uneven.

The power is not reaching the motor.

Stagnation of the material to be sprayed in the inner nozzle (9 -

The viscosity of the substance to be sprayed is too high.

DISPOSAL
Solution
Check that the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position - position 'I'
Check the electrical connections
Check the extension cable or change the power supply socket
Check the main switch for the workplace

Secure the hose
Tighten the tank well.
Turn the adjustment screw (5 - Fig. G).
Tighten the inner nozzle.
Replace the nozzle.
