Step 5
Tighten both top and bottom tension knobs inward towards the gate.
To ensure proper gate installation, continue to tighten tension knobs until the gap between the
upper latch and the upper gate frame housing is eliminated.

CLEANING: Clean the safety gate using warm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth or
sponge to avoid scratches. Never use solvents or chemicals to clean the safety gate.

OPENING THE GATE:

1. Slide triangular button located within the gate handle.
2. While holding button, lift the handle upwards.

Rotate the knob down on the gate stopper
to determine the direction the gate door
will swing. Gate opens in both directions
when gate stopper is not rotated.

1. Manually swing the gate closed
with the handle in the upright
position.
2. Return handle to the closed
position. You will hear a "click"
when the handle is securely
engaged.
