Safety features
This hair dryer includes an overheating protection. This means that the device will
automatically switch off when it overheats. Unplug it and allow it to cool down for a few
minutes.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having
tried the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM
The hair dryer does not
work.
The device works on and off
intermittently.
The body of the hair dryer is
unusually hot.

CAUSE
The power cord is not
plugged into the power
outlet.
Power source is not supply-
ing consistent voltage.
The device may have
overheated and switched
itself off.
The power cord is not
properly plugged into the
power outlet.
The air inlet grille may be
blocked by hair, dust or
fluff.
SOLUTION
Carefully connect it to the
power outlet.
Connect the device to a
different power source
and check if it is receiving
power. Check the electrical
panel fuses.
Unplug the device and let
it to cool down for a few
minutes.
Carefully connect it to the
power outlet.
Clean the air inlet grille
regularly.
