1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the new MINILAND quality toy for
real needs. We know children, like adults, need
to adapt and grow in the world around us, that's
why at MINILAND we want to offer a carefully
selected collection of intelligently designed toys
for children between the ages of 0 and 6 to help
develop, stimulate and understand the many
skills demanded by modern life.

Emotions Buddy is the ideal buddy for
learning about emotions. Kids will have a great
time playing with the exchangeable pieces and
making different facial expressions, helping
them understand 5 basic emotions: happiness,
fear, sadness, anger and love.
Plus, it includes a removable light module that
makes their buddy's tummy light up in several
colours that kids can associate with each of
the emotions. Our little buddy comes equipped
with a backpack, helping to keep everything tidy
when they've finished playing.
Read the instructions in this manual carefully
before using the product. Keep it for future
reference as it contains important information.

3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read these instructions carefully and keep the
manual in a safe place in case you need to check
in sometime in the future.
2. Place the product away from heat sources
such as radiators, heating grilles, electric or
gas fires, boilers or any other heat-producing
element.
3. Do not store the light module in a place
exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
4. Do not submerge the light module in water or
any other liquid.
5. If the removable light module does not
function correctly or is damaged in any way,
contact the Miniland authorised service centre
to request inspection and repair in order to
prevent any possible risks.
6. DO NOT attempt to repair the item yourself,
as this will invalidate the guarantee.
7. Do not throw the product into fire.
8. This device is safe for children to play
with, as it complies with EU and USA toy
safety standards and with electromagnetic
compatibility regulations.
9. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged.
10. Different types of batteries or new and used
batteries are not to be mixed.
11. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct
polarity (+ and – ).
12. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from
the toy.
13. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
14. Do not mix old and new batteries.
15. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc),
or rechargeable batteries.
