Read Milliamp Outputs
Select the Read mode by pressing the SOURCE/READ button until "READ" appears on the
display. Set the toggle switch to the READ position.
Display: mA, % mA (percent of 4 to 20 mA)
1. Turn the Selector knob to mA.
2. Connect the black and red leads to the meter as shown.
3. Open the current loop at any convenient point along the signal path.
4. Connect the red (+) lead of the meter to the more positive point of the break and the black
(-) lead to the more negative point.
If "POLARITY" appears on the display, reverse the leads for correct indication.
5. Use the toggle switch to view the maximum and minimum values.
