Measure Thermocouple Sensors
Select the Read mode by pressing the SOURCE/READ button until "READ" appears on the
display. Set the toggle switch to the READ position.
Display: T/C Type, J, T, E, K, °F, °C
This function reads a thermocouple. The input of the unit is automatically cold junction
compensated.
1. Turn the Selector knob to T/C.
2. Press the RANGE/TYPE button until the desired T/C type and temperature scale appear.
3. Disconnect the thermocouple from any instrument.
4. Use the proper thermocouple wire and corresponding miniature thermocouple connector
to connect the unit to the thermocouple.
