INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL cod.94014-94015-95722-95670
Important: When receiving this product and before its initial operation, please
read these instructions manual completely and keep it for further references.
Instructions for its operation.
♦ Power supply.
This device is conceived to operate with dry, clean and regulated compressed air to a range of 3.5 ~ 5
Kg. /cm2. The compressed air contains humidity and pollutants which could oxidize or erode the
internal parts of the device. The filter will remove most of these external elements in order to extend
the lifetime of the device. The lubricant can help provide oil circulation through the device and this
way, its efficiency is increased. Use a filter, a pressure regulator and a lubricant; and place them as
close as possible from the device. (See picture 4)
CAUTION: Every pressure in the system line must be in a range of 3.5 ~ 5 Kg. /cm2. Very low or
very high air pressure will damage the device and will affect the paint finish.
♦ Getting Ready to work.
11.
Check and replace any piece of the device which is damaged or eroded.
12.
Make sure the trigger and nozzle can operate correctly.
13.
Connect the spray gun to the air supplier, container fluid top and verify that the air hose is tight
to the spray gun.
14.
The required pressurized air must be adjusted for paint viscosity and its characteristics.
15.
Pour the paint into the container.
♦ Gun Operation.
The correct operation of the gun will allow you apply the desired paint layer if it is operated as
follows: 1. Take the hold before pulling the trigger and keep it hold until the end of the path.
Following this, you can control the gun and the paint. 2. Adjust the distance: Keep a proper distance of
6~8 inches (15~20 CMS.) between the gun and the area to be sprayed according to the atomization
pressure and work requirements. As shown in picture 5.
CAUTION: 1. To avoid an excess volume, keep the gun perpendicular to the spray area, then move it
parallel as shown in the picture below. 2. To obtain the desired finish, the path during paint application
must be done with a lower pressure.

Maintenance
9. Pour the remaining paint inside other container and then clean the paint path ducts and the air top.
Spray a little of solvent to clean all the paths. An incomplete cleaning will cause a wrong paint
finish and the emission of particles in further works. Clean completely and quickly both
components of the gun after use.
10. Clean other sections with a brush soaked in solvent and soft cloth.
11. Clean completely all paint paths before dismantling it.
