OPERATING
1) Place the motor body (7) on a flat and stable surface.
2) Insert the glass jug (4) in the motor unit (7). To insert, bring the handle (3) on the right of the unit, push
down the joint of the jug (5) in the unit until it locks; perform this procedure correctly, otherwise the
safety device does not allow any operation.
3) Place food inside the container (4) without exceeding maximum capacity of 1500ml.
4) Install the cover (2) over the glass jug (4): press the cover until it fits completely with the glass.
5) Plug appliance and turn the control knob (8) to "I" (low speed), "II" (high speed) or "P" (PULSE). If the
knob (8) is in position 1" o "II", is also possible to press TURBO button (9) to get the maximum speed.
6) When using, always keep the cover in the case; if some food blocks the blades, unplug the unit before
removing it.
Do not operate the blender for more than 1 minute continuously. After every series, let it cool down for at
least 3 minutes.
The blender is suitable for: milkshakes, smoothies, sorbets, sauces, creams, cocktails etc ... For a best result,
work foods at the lower speed first and then finish with the highest.
SAFETY DEVICE
This unit is equipped with a safety device: the device only works if the glass jug (4) is correctly assembled
into the motor unit (7).
If you remove the glass, or if it is not inserted properly, the motor shuts off. In this case, assemble the motor
unit and the glass jug again.
FIRST USE
Removing and installing the glass jug a few times without plugging the unit and without adding fruits or
vegetables. Follow these steps to practice with the appliance. Wash the lid and the blender jar in warm water
using some dish detergent. Accessories with electrical parts (such as the motor block) should be cleaned with
a damp cloth and dry immediately.
CLEANING
- Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water, but wash it with a damp cloth and non-abrasive detergent. Also
avoid any infiltration of water inside the motor unit.
- Glass jug, blades and lid can be washed like every day crockery with non-abrasive sponge and dish
detergent. Dry them completely before you assembling the motor unit again.
For a quick cleaning of the blades between different processes, fill the jug halfway with tap water and operate
for a few seconds.
