Tank sensor of heating
The sensor positions are defined by the position of the corresponding immersion
sleeves and/or the ½" connections.
Sensor lines are wired in accordance with the circuit diagrams of the boiler control,
solar control, and solar return temperature rise.
After inserting the ½" immersion sleeve (component of solar control), the solar circuit
tank sensor is put into the immersion sleeve and attached with the Pg screwing.
If the set hot water temperature (set in the boiler control) is not reached by solar
heating, the boiler and the tank charging pump are switched on. The corresponding
tank sensor of the boiler control is 40 cm deep into the immersion sleeve from above
and attached with the Pg screwing.
The sensor position for the return temperature rise is to the left of the connection H.
After inserting the ½" immersion sleeve (component of return temperature rise), the
tank sensor of the temperature difference control is put into the immersion sleeve and
attached with the Pg screwing (electrical connection see return temperature rise).
The installation and initial commissioning may be performed only by a recognised
installation company.
It is essential to fill and completely bleed floor-standing hot water tank before the
first start-up!
Flush pipes and floor-standing hot water tank thoroughly, fill floor-standing hot water
tank with water, and bleed (bleeding plugs in proximity of the flange cover). Test safety
valve by introducing air.
The tank temperature limitation of the connected boilers may not exceed the maximum
tank temperature (95°C).
Set desired warm-water temperature at the industrial water mixer.
The seal must be checked at the flange cover and at the screwings after first heating.
Examine the insulation for correct seat and installation after start-up.
The unit must be checked at least every 2 years. The protective anode installed in the
flange cover on top must also be checked at least every 2 years. The test is performed
by conduction measurement with an ammeter. To do so, pull off ground wires and
measure current between grounding and sacrificial anode. If the current is less than
0.5 mA, inspect anode and replace it in case of wear of more than 2/3.
If corrosion protection inhibitors are used in the operating water (e.g. with operating
water with a light oxygen content in under-floor heating systems), the protective effect
must be checked. The industrial water pocket should be emptied and cleaned in
regular intervals (e.g. every 2 years).
After removing the flange the seal has to be replaced prior to reassembly, torque of
