6. Using clippers B, cut the band clamp on the raw
water inlet hose A and remove the hose from
the raw water flush side.

7. Attach the new raw water inlet hose C
(PN 3862650) on raw water flush side. Use
saved clamps D to secure the hose.
Using a 5/16 in. (8mm) socket, tighten screw to
27–43 in. lbs. (3.1–4.9 Nm).

8. Attach the other end of the raw water inlet
hose C to the raw water inlet E on the pump.
Use saved clamps D to secure the hose.
Using a 5/16 in. (8mm) socket, tighten screw to
27–43 in. lbs. (3.1–4.9 Nm).

9. Prepare the heat exchanger (PN 3861471) by
attaching hoses F (PN 3861472), G (existing
starboard side exhaust manifold hose), H
(PN 3860587), and I (PN 3861474). Attach
hose clamps. Using a 5/16 in. (8mm) socket,
tighten screws to the following values:
F: PN 3863438
G: PN 3863439
H: PN 3863439

40–66 in. lbs. (4.5–7.5 Nm).
26–32 in. lbs. (2.3–3.6 Nm).
26–32 in. lbs. (2.3–3.6 Nm).
27–43 in. lbs. (3.1–4.9 Nm).
