Only for vehicles with no electric panorama sliding/tilting
glass roof
1. Spray adhesive area on right side of roof with soapy solution.
2. Pull trim foil for right side of roof -7- off protective
backing and spray adhesive side thoroughly with soapy
solution (see fi gure 2).
3. Position trim foil for right side of roof -7- on roof as shown
and align to assembly aid -10- -large arrows-. Ensure
excess material protrudes evenly over front and rear.
NOTE
Position trim fi lm at a distance of 2 mm from front and
rear edges.

♦ The position of the foil can be adjusted over a longer
period.
♦
If the foil will not move, pull it off, respray thoroughly
with soapy solution and reinstall.
NOTE
• Always wrap the squeegee in a soft lint-free cloth. The
foil may become scratched if the squeegee is not
wrapped in a cloth.
- Wrap the squeegee in a soft lint-free cloth.
- Spray foil with soapy solution.
- Starting in the middle of the foil at a fi xed pint, squeeze
the water and possible air bubbles out towards the near
edge -arrows- using the squeegee.
5. To apply: position left trim foil for roof -8- in same
manner as right trim for roof -7-.

Continuation for all vehicles
1. Spray adhesive area on upper right side of tailgate with
soapy solution.
2. Pull trim foil for upper right section of tailgate -3- off
protective backing and spray adhesive side thoroughly
with soapy solution (see fi gure 2).
3. Position trim foil for upper right section of tailgate -3-
on roof as shown and align to assembly aid -10- -large
arrows-. Ensure excess material protrudes evenly over
front and rear.
NOTE
Position trim fi lm at a distance of 2 mm from front and
rear edges.

tailgate -3-.
6. Carefully remove the assembly aid -10-.
