(2) into the hole on the brake bleeding shaft.
Cut the combustion air hose (3) to length, connect
it to the connector on the auxiliary heater (5) and
secure it with a hose clip (4).

Secure the silencer holder (1) to the silencer (4)
using a hexagonal screw, size M6 x 20 mm (2) and
a hexagonal nut, size M6 (3).

7 To connect the fuel line and fuel
metering pump

Connect the fuel line (1) with the section of hose (2)
and hose clips (3) to the connector on the auxiliary
heater (4).

Secure the fuel line (1) to the left side member
using the enclosed cable holders (2).

Secure the perforated strap (1) and fuel metering
pump (2) using the pipe clip (4), hexagonal screw,
size M6 x 20 mm (2) and the nut, size M6.

Bend the holder for the metering pump so that
the outfeed side of the metering pump rises
through an angle of 10 – 15°.
Secure the perforated strap for the fuel metering
pump with the new hexagonal self-tapping screw
(6), size ST6.3 x 22, supplied with the kit. Secure
the fuel line (1) and branch A9/A10 (2) to the fuel
lines using cable ties (3). Cut the fuel line (1) to
length using a sharp knife and connect it to the
connectors on the fuel metering pump using
sections of hose (4) and hose clips (5).
Connect the branch (2) from the auxiliary heating
system wiring harness to the fuel metering pump.

If all the fuel line holders are occupied, the fuel
line (1) must be secured using cable ties (2).
Lay the fuel line (1) through the fuel line holders
along the main fuel line to the right-hand tank
fittings below the rear seat bench.
