1. From the tank bolt assembly (L), place the brass washer (1) followed
by the rubber washer (2) onto bolt (3).
2. Insert bolt with washers through hole inside the toilet tank (B).
3. Place brass washer (4) followed by hex nut (5) onto the bolt (3)
protruding from bottom of the tank (B).
4. Tighten the hex nut (5) to create a proper and secure seal.
CAUTION
Do not overtighten the nut, as severe damage may occur.

5. Attach rubber sealing gasket (K) to the center drain hole under the
toilet tank (B).
1. Gently place tank (B) on toilet bowl (A) with bolts protruding out
underneath. Place oval metal washer (1) followed by wing nut (2)
onto the protruding bolt.
2. Tighten wing nut (2) enough so that the tank (B) sits at on the
toilet bowl (A).
CAUTION
Do not overtighten the nut, as severe damage may occur.
NOTE
Make sure the toilet tank (B) is parallel to the wall and straight
on the toilet bowl (A).

Turn clockwise to remove plastic nut (1) from the lever arm (C).
Insert the lever arm (C) through the hole on the left side of tank (B).
The lever (C) should be facing the back of the toilet.
2. Screw the plastic nut (1) counterclockwise to tighten it.
3. Hook the chain onto the lever (C) into the furthest hole from the lever.
4.
With the lever (C) at rest, the chain (2) should only be long enough
for the apper to close.
