Généralités
If the defect in a returned exchange device is shown to have been caused by a
third party, the device will be reconditioned at the expense of RSC/NSC. If this
is not possible, RSC/NSC will be invoiced for the replacement part price.
CM/ASA4 provides a sufficient number of exchange devices. The initial stock
is built up by obtaining new devices. The ongoing planning and management
of the reconditioning process is carried out by CM/ASA4 according to how it
sees fit and depending on what is required.
The exchange procedure is carried out using the exchange number.
