BAUKER tools: 2 year warranty
• Our equipment has been subjected to precise testing and is covered by a
manufacturer warranty in accordance with the regulations in force.
• This warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT
• If this product fails within the warranty period, go to the authorized technical
service.
• Include the original purchase receipt, description of faults, your name and address,
date and place of purchase. The manufacturer will not reimburse. All products must
be adequately clean, safe and carefully packed to prevent damage or injury during
transport. The manufacturer may reject unsuitable or unsafe deliveries.
• You must provide the purchase receipt before carrying out any repair or
maintenance.
• All work must be carried out by the authorized technical service.
• Any part that is replaced under warranty will be owned by the authorized technical
service and will not be returned.
• Repair or replacement of the product will not extend the warranty period.
• Repair or replacement of the product under warranty gives you additional benefits
and do not affect your consumer rights established by law

Covered by warranty:
Repairs covered by the warranty must meet the following criteria:
• The defects are attributable to faults or defects in materials or manufacture. If any
part is no longer available or is discontinued, the manufacturer will replace it with an
alternative and functional part, within the warranty period.
• The instructions in this manual have been followed.
• The repair has not been carried out or attempted by individuals outside the
authorized technical service.
• Only original accessories have been used.
• The product has not been exposed to bad uses such as bumps, dents or harmful
environments.
Not covered by warranty:
The manufacturer does not guarantee the repair required as a result of:
• The wear of parts and/or components due to the normal operation of the
equipment.
• Accidental damages caused by transportation, negligent use and improper
operation, resulting from incorrect or improper use or installation, which do not
comply with the warnings set forth in the instruction manual.
• Any changes or modifications on the product.
• The use of parts and accessories other than the original manufacturer.
• Faulty installation.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by an unauthorized technical service or person.
This equipment is designed for PROFESSIONAL use and for other normal household
activities. Therefore, the warranty will NOT COVER other uses. The manufacturer
declines all liability for possible damages to people or material objects caused by
poor installation or by negligent use of the equipment.
In case of any complaint or malfunction, please contact the Sodimac store where
you purchased the product with the purchase receipt. Our after sales service will be
happy to assist you.
