MEDRAD Avanta Bottle Heat Maintainer
The MEDRAD Avanta Bottle Heat Maintainer should be used at the
discretion of the operator and is not required for proper functioning of
the MEDRAD Avanta Fluid Management Injection System.
The MEDRAD Avanta Bottle Heat Maintainer is available in two sizes,
a large size designed for 500 ml contrast bottles and a medium size
designed for 150 ml to 250 ml contrast bottles. These heat maintainers
are not guaranteed to fit all contrast bottles and configurations. Verify
that they fit securely on the contrast bottle before use.
Note: Stretching a medium bottle heat maintainer for use on a
500 ml bottle will result in improper heating.
Cleaning
The MEDRAD Avanta Bottle Heat Maintainer should be cleaned with
a dampened cloth using soap and water. Always disconnect power
before cleaning.
Fault Indicator
An illuminated red light indicates that the MEDRAD Avanta Bottle Heat
Maintainer has failed. Disconnect the heat maintainer from the system,
