Functional check
Warning
Everyday before you start working,
check the device for correct functioning
and inspect it visually.
Do not use the device if any technical
or visible defect has been detected.

Note
Insert a strip of nails in the magazine kit.
Press the device unloaded against a suitable
■
surface.
Press the actuator.
■
You should hear an audible "click".
■
Release the pressure on the device.
■
Test the cartridge strip for correct
transport
(fig. III)
Insert the cartridge strip [9] from below through
■
the handle until it clicks into place. Then, pull
it completely upwards. In doing so you should
hear and feel how the individual items snatch
into place one after another.

Charging
Single shot kit [2] (option)
Insert the required nail / pin [8] in the pin guide
■
such that it is hold by the fixing device. In doing so,
ensure that the nail / pin point aims in direction of
the fastening surface.
Magazine kit [1]
Note
The magazine kit can be turned in both directions in
steps of 90° to avoid obstakles.
Actuate the unlocking mechanism for the maga-
■
zine feed [6].
Slide back the magazine cover.

Insert the magazine strip [5].
■
Close the magazine cover.
■

Insert a cartridge [9]
Insert the cartridge strip [9] from below through
■
the handle until it clicks into place.
Ensure that you do not hit any power supply,
■
water or gas lines.
Press the device against the surface.
■
Press the actuator [4].
■
3 The firing process is triggered, the pin is driven
into the surface and the cartridge strip is ad-
vanced by one cartridge.
Check whether the nail / pin hast been driven
■
in correctly and increase the variable power
adjustment [7] if necessary.
If the desired result is not achieved although the
■
power adjustment [7] is set to its maximum, take
a cartridge with the next higher strength.
Turn the power adjustment [7] to a minimum. In-
■
sert the next nail/pin and proceed as decribed
above.
Warning
Immediately stop working if you detect
any visible defects on the device
(cracks or other damage) and replace
the defective part or send it to Würth to
have it repaired.
Storage
Danger
Store the device always unloaded,
without any cartridge strip and pin!
Store the device and the cartridge strips of the
genuine tool box on a safe, dry, heat- and frost-
proof place.
Unauthorized persons, in particular children, may
not get access to the device or to cartridge strips.
The tools and the loading features may only be
transported in its original package!
