seat or worn seal
retainer.
Control air pressure
is constantly present.
Unsuitable cleaning
solution.
Defective seal retain-
er (air side).
Defective seal or
sleeve.
Defective paint nee-
dle seal.
Paint needle clogged
or damaged.
Contamination be-
tween paint needle
tip and fluid tip.
Damaged nozzle set. Replace nozzle set
Corrective action
Clean control piston
seat. Replace seal
retainer if necessary
