Connecting the Wires
□ Connect the orange connectors together.

Adjusting the Torsion Springs
□ When installing the trim into a 5 in. recessed
housing, the torsion spring must be moved.
Unscrew the torsion spring from the 6 in. position
and move it to the 5 in. position. (See Fig. 4a)

Inserting the Trim
□ Insert the torsion springs into the fixture housing
brackets. (See Fig. 5)

Securing the Trim
□ Gently push up the trim and torsion springs so
that they begin to expand and lift the trim into
place. (See Fig. 6)
