Faults can occur in any electrical device. This does not necessarily mean that the device is defective, so
please check the list to see whether the fault can be eliminated.

Reason
There is no power supply. Check whether the plug is in a socket.
The automatic cut-out
(thermostat) is still active.
Excessive temperature
cut-out has responded.
Mode selector switch 3 in
OFF or incorrect position.
Fuse in vehicle
connector 5 defective.
Mechanical action.
Device is switched off.
No water in the bottle
warmer 8.

Too much water in the
bottle warmer 8.
Check the fuses at the fuse box in your home.
Wait 15 min. until the device has cooled down
and can be switched on.
Take the plug out of the socket. Contact the
service address (see "Contact addresses" on
page 130).
"Home" mode 220-240 V: set the mode
selector switch 3 to:
"Car" mode 12V: set the mode selector
switch 3 to:
(see "5.1 Select the operating mode, switching
on and off" on page 22).
Check whether the fuse is defective. In this case,
replace the defective fuse (see "7.1 Replacing
the fuse" on page 27).
Take the plug out of the socket. Contact the
service address (see "Contact addresses" on
page 130).
Switch on the device by briefly pressing the start
button 7 down until the indicator lamp 6 comes
on (see "5.2 Heating baby food" on page 23).
Pour water into the bottle warmer 8 (see
"5.2 Heating baby food" on page 23).
