15 - converting from parent facing mode to forward facing mode - 1
Pull the rear of the hood and elastic strap from under the backrests (a).
Unfasten the zip on the inward facing sides of each hood (b).
Release the fabric fasteners on the outward facing sides of each hood (c).
Unclip the hood mounts on both sides & the centre of the chassis (d) and lift the hood away (e).

Remove the chest pads, footmuff and headhugger (A reversal of the procedure in Step 9) then
fasten the harness.
Remove the head pad (a).
Remove the support wedge (b) from footmuff.
Raise the seat upright (c).
17 - converting from parent facing mode to forward facing mode - 3
Pull the seat retaining flap away from the underside of the calf support (a).
Lift the seat up until it swings up to the backrest (b).
Fasten the seat retaining flap to the rear of the backrest (c).
18 - converting from parent facing mode to forward facing mode - 4
WARNING: Do not use head pad & footmuff wedge in forward
facing mode.
Unfasten the harness buckle and remove the waist strap clips. Remove the shoulder straps clips
from the waist strap clips.
Pass the harness straps through the slots in the footmuff and seat liner (a, b & c) then attach the
fasteners to the back of the seat (d).
Fit the headhugger, ensuring that the shoulder straps fit above the headhugger slots (e).
Refit the shoulder straps clips to the waist strap clips.
Refit the chest pads to the shoulder straps.
Removing the footmuff and headhugger is a reversal of this procedure.
Repeat the procedure with the other seat if softgoods also required to be fitted to the other seat.
19 - converting from parent facing mode to forward facing mode - 5
Refit the hood to the pushchair in parent facing mode (a).
Grasp the bottom rear of a hood (b) and pull it up and towards the pushchair handles (c). As the
sunvisor appears from under the hood hold it with one hand (d) then pull the otherside of the
hood towards the pushchair handles until the hood is fully converted to forward facing mode (e).
Release the fabric fastener on each side of the hood (f).
Pull the inner section of fabric fastener behind the chassis tubes on each side (g) then re-attach the
fabric fastener around the chassis tube (h).
Pull the back of the hood and elastic strap down behind the pushchair (i).
Repeat this procedure with the other hood if both seats are being converted to forward facing
mode.
20 - fitting the hood - forward facing mode
NOTE: Both hoods operate in the same way.
To raise a hood, push the top of the hood forwards (a).
To retract the hood, pull the hood back (b).
To raise the sunvisor, pull the sunvisor forward (c).
