4. Check before treatment

BEFORE USE perform the following checks. If any abnormalities are found, stop using the handpiece immediately and contact your Authorised NSK
Dealer.
1 ) Check that the Head Cap is firmly tightened.
2 ) Insert the Bur. ( Refer to 3. Mounting/Removing the Bur ) Make sure the Bur is securely locked into position.
3 ) Rotate the handpiece within the range of max rotation speed. Check that there is no abnormal rotation, vibration, noise or overheating.
4 ) If there are no immediate apparent abnormalities, continue to rotate the handpiece for about 15 seconds. Then check that there is no abnormal
heating on the outer surface.
5 ) Operate handpiece if there are no abnormalities described as above.
5. Spray Nozzle
Connect the Irrigation Tube to the Spray nozzle firmly. ( Fig.3 )
