4.2 PREPARATION OF THE MEAT MINCER FOR OPEARTION

● Install the meat mincer block and fasten it in the working position using handles
on the side of the device.
● Install the spiral conveyor, cutter and grate into the mincer block and then tighten
the mincer head nut.
4.3 FILLING THE MEAT MINCER (see. fig.3)
When using the meat mincer it is important to take correct position of the body. You
should avoid direct contacts with moving parts of the device.

ATTENTION!!! The meat mincer should be filled when in operation. Observe the
following instructions:
1. Put the food onto the feed tray;
2. Switch the mincer on by pressing the Start button;
3. Raise the pusher and fill the meat mincer head with meat;
Push the meat into the mincer head opening without applying
too much efforts.
4. If the meat is cut properly, there should not be any problems with the spiral conveyor.
If there are any problems with the spiral conveyor, tighten the nut until delivering of
minced meat of the required size.
5. To ensure a long service life of the disk and cutter and their sharpness:
- Switch the device off upon completion of work;
- The cutter and grate should always be connected.
6. Do not tighten the nut too tight;
7. Press the "Stop" button upon completion of work, disassemble the device and
thoroughly clean all the components.
5 REGULAR CARE
5.1 GENERAL RULES
● The device should be cleaned no less than once a day or more often, as required.
● Thoroughly clean various parts of the meat mincer irrespective of whether the
contacted with the food.
● Never use pressurized water, industrial cleaning agents and brushes, any other
cleaning agents that may damage the device surface.
● Before cleaning the cable should be removed from the socket.
