5.2 CLEANING THE DEVICE (see fig. 4)

screw the mincer head nut loose and remove the grate, cutter, spiral conveyor.
Screw it in the direction specified by the arrow.

Now all the parts may be washed (see fig. 5) with warm water (50 ºС) and neutral cleaning
agent.
Use a wet rag to clean the main housing. You should often wash the rag.
Dry cleaning is recommended for the header-grater. Thoroughly clean all the openings.
Make sure that all parts are dry before assembly of the device.
ATTENTION!!! To assemble the meat mincer again perform the following steps:
1) Insert the meat mincer block and fasten it using the switch; ; the switch bush
should be in the opening;
2) Insert the spiral conveyor into the mincer block, make sure that it is in its upper
position;
3) Install the cutter on the square part of the protruding end of the spiral conveyor,
then put the grate on while preserving the original coupling;
4) Upon assembly of all the parts, tighten the meat mincer nut.
