Note
The category 2G electronic module may be used in the
explosion-risk area of Zone 1.
You may connect category 2G and 3G actuators for Zone
1, as well as category 2, 2D and 3D actuators for Zones
21 and 22 to all inputs on the electronic module
Installation
Danger
Installation work may cause flammable sparks or non-
admissible surface temperatures. Never carry out
installation work under explosive conditions.
• Observe the installation and operating instructions as per
EN 60 079-14.
• The electronic module must be installed in a housing with n
Ex e protection system in Zone 1.
• The electronic module must be installed in a housing with a
protection system of at least IP54 in Zone 2.
(Manufacturer's declaration for Zone 2 is necessary).
