3. PROGRAM SELECTION / MAIN MENU:
• Press this button in stand-by mode to access the program selection.
• Press and hold this button during a training session to cancel it and return to standby mode.
• The button therefore also has a reset function. If you press this during the workout, the current
training results are reset to 0.
4. Selection buttons up / down:
• During a training session, press these buttons to increase (up) or decrease (down) the intensity
level.
• Press these buttons during program or color selection to switch between the individual options.
• Press and hold the appropriate button during a training session to quickly increase or decrease
the intensity by several levels.
5. LED lighting effects:
• Press and hold this button in stand-by mode to access the color selection for the LED light effects.
• During a training session, press this button to turn the lighting effects on or off.
