The NUK Baby Menu helps you to prepare
healthy food for your baby. You can use it to
steam, blend, defrost and heat vegetables,
meat, fish and fruit. You can also turn raw
fruit into delicious purées and smoothies.
The device is intended solely for the
preparation of foodstuffs and must

not be used for steam cleaning or
sterilisation, to nebulise drugs or to
break up hard objects (e.g. ice
cubes).
The NUK Baby Menu offers a number of
practical features:
• Simultaneous preparation of multiple
meals
• An acoustic signal to indicate completion
of your steam cooking
• Two speed settings allowing you to
prepare baby food to suit different
weaning stages:

: Creates a smooth purée for
babies aged 4 -10 months.

: Creates a more textured purée for
babies over 10 months.
• Two baskets to retain differences in
flavour
• A practical spatula for simple and safe
removal of the baskets and to facilitate
the removal of the purée from the bowl.
This appliance must not be used by
children. Keep the appliance and its

cable out of reach of children and
domestic animals. Appliances can be
used
by
physical,
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance.

2.1 BEFORE INITIAL USE
Before first using the NUK Baby Menu:
1. Remove all packaging material from the
device.
2. Remove the lid with a quarter turn
clockwise and lift it up (Figure 4). Now
remove the bowl from the base unit with
a quarter turn clockwise (Figure 8) and
take out the baskets.
3. Remove the installed blade. Information
on the safe removal and installation of the
blades is provided in section 2.2.1.
4. Clean all removable parts (section 3.1).
2.2 INITIAL USE
The device must be positioned on a
smooth, level, dry, moisture-proof

and non-flammable surface – out of
the reach of children.
2.2.1 FITTING THE BLADES
Risk of injury! The blades are very
sharp and must be handled with

extreme care.
Always disconnect the device from
the power supply if no electricity is

required for the current activity (e.g.
cleaning, removal or insertion of
blades or other detachable parts,
storage).
