The integrated steam cooking indicator
illuminates. The steam cooking starts
(Figure 9).
11.Once the steam cooking is finished, an
acoustic signal sounds, the indicator
extinguishes and the heating switches off.
12.Remove the lid with a quarter turn
clockwise and lift it up (Figure 4).
13.Remove the basket(s). Always use the
spatula to lift out the baskets as they
become very hot during steam cooking.
(Figure 10).
After steam cooking, the lower part of the
bowl is filled with condensed water. It is up
to you whether you keep the water or
dispose of it. As described in section 2.3.2,
step 5, you can use the water to control the
consistency of the blended food.
Note: Only the baskets must be used for
steam cooking.
Allow the device to cool for at least
15 minutes before its next use.

should be cooked by steam first at

blended!
1. Remove all hard parts from the steamed
ingredients (e.g. bones, stones from
hard-shelled fruit). Then tip the steamed
ingredients from the basket directly into
the bowl.
Note: Ensure that the blending blade has
been fitted before adding the ingredients.

Note: When blending, the consistency of
the purée should be controlled through
the addition of liquid as it may otherwise
stick to the walls of the bowl.
6. Repeat step 5 until you have achieved
the desired consistency. Then disconnect
the device from the power supply.
If necessary, use the spatula to achieve
optimum blending results (Figure 14).
7. Remove the bowl from the base unit with
a quarter turn clockwise (Figure 8).
8. Remove the lid with a quarter turn
clockwise and lift it up (Figure 4). Remove
the purée from the bowl. If necessary,
use the spatula to scrape out the bowl
(Figure 13).
9. Clean the spatula and attach it to the rear
of the base unit (Figure 12).
You can blend the ingredients from the
baskets separately, one after the other.
