2.2 WARRANTIES
The warranty period of refrigerated table shall amount to 12 months from the date of
putting into operation, however, shall not exceed 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
The warranty storage period of refrigerated table shall amount to 6 months from the
date of manufacturing.
The full average service life of the product shall amount to minimum 12 years
provided that the requirements to installation and operation are met.
The warranty is valid when the following documents are available:
- operation manual;
- certificate of commissioning (see sample in Attachment A);
- certificate of technical condition (see sample in Attachment B);
- maintenance contract with specialized company authorized by equipment supplier
(seller).
The warranty obligations are ensured by the authorized company (Supplier or Seller)
and their services centers.
Warranties shall not be provided in case:
- the rules of transportation, storage, installation, operation, and safety precautions specified in
the present operation manual are not met;
- the start-up and adjustment operations and preventive maintenance are fulfilled by a company
not having appropriate permit for such operations fulfillment;
- structural changes of the product
- removal, illegibility or modification of the factory number of the product;
- any defect resulted from external effects by the reasons that are beyond control of the
manufacturer, such as:
- deviation of standard parameters of electric grid (deviation of current frequency for more than
0.5% from the nominal one; deviation from voltage range 220V +10% - 15%);
- natural disasters, fire, intrusion of foreign items, liquids, animals or insects into the operating
units and instruments;
- mechanical damages of the body and regulating legs.
