• This grill is designed for thermal processing of food.
• The equipment temperature is adjustable between 50 and 300℃. The recommended
maximum operating temperature is 200~250℃. Systematically exceeding the operating
temperature will cause the heating elements to fail early. The maximum temperature can be
used to warm up the stones before starting work and to clean them (see Maintenance and Care
section).
• If a flame appears during operation, lower the temperature.
Step 1.
Turn on the power supply (plug it in). The mains LED will light up.
Step 2.
Set the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
The LED should light up to indicate that the heating elements are on. During operation, it is not
recommended to set the temperature to the maximum, since, although at the end of heating,
the voltage supply to the heating element stops, the heating element continues to heat the
surface by inertia for some time, until its temperature drops. When the set temperature is
reached, the thermostat will automatically turn off and on the power supply to maintain the
temperature. The LED will light up and go out.
Step 3.
Once the initial heating is done and the signal LED is off, allow 30-40 minutes for the lava stones
to heat evenly.
Step 4.
When finished, set the thermostat to the minimum and disconnect the equipment from the
power supply.
6. Maintenance and care
• Prior to any maintenance, power off the equipment and allow it to cool down to the room
temperature.
• Clean the machine after each use.
• Use a damp dry, soft sponge or a cloth to clean the surface and the body. After cleaning, wipe
dry the surface and the body.
• Remove fat from the tray regularly to prevent excessive smoke and sparks.
• Do not clean the equipment using any abrasive materials, metallic sponges and brushes,
piercing and cutting items, aggressive chlorine-containing cleaning agents, gasoline, acids,
alkalies, and solvents.
• To clean the lava stones, set the grill to the maximum temperature for 30 minutes: the lava
stones will clean evenly. You may also put them in an open fire (fireplace, oven...), leave them
