Tools required:
– 17 mm spanner (WAF 17)
– TORX T20 screwdriver
Adjusting the height of the frame
The height of the frame can be adjusted to 4 levels. The height of the
frame is determined by the nozzles used and the items to be repro-
cessed:
The bottom hole in the struts of the frame cannot be used if the
module is to be placed in the A 503 mobile unit. The frame cannot
be placed under the mobile unit's water supply pipe at this height.
– If using laboratory flasks on the A 846 support/nozzle, the frame
should be approximately halfway up the flask.
– If using round flasks on the A 846 support/nozzle, the frame should
be approximately at the point of the largest diameter.
– If using Erlenmeyer flasks on the A 847 support/nozzle and measur-
ing flasks on the A 848 support/nozzle, the frame should be adjus-
ted so that the items do not touch the water supply pipe.
Use a TORX T 20 screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the struts
of the module .
Lift the frame up to the required height and secure back in place
using the 4 Torx screws .
