1. Remove all packaging materials before using.
2. Before using, wipe blades and stainless steel bowl with a damp, lint-free cloth, wash
and dry lid.
CAUTION: BLADES ARE SHARP. HANDLE CAREFULLY.
CAUTION: NEVER PLACEBASE OF APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
3. Remove the grinder cover.
4. Place about 1- 1.5 ounces (30-45 grams) of coffee beans at a time into the stainless
steel bowl. If a larger quantity is needed, grind in several small batches.
5. Place the cover back on the top.
Note: the coffee grinder will not work without its cover and/or if it is not seated properly.
6. Press the ON button and grind for a maximum of 15 seconds at a time. Check the grind.
If you wish to have a finer texture, wait for one minute to let the motor cool down and
press the ON button again for a maximum of 15 seconds. Always allow one-minute rest
time between processes.
Note: Do not operate for more than 15 seconds at a time.
7. When finished grinding, unplug the base.
8. Wait until the blades stop rotating before removing the cover.
9. Remove ground coffee from the bowl.
CAUTION: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE WITHOUT THE LID
PROPERLY IN PLACE.
