LUBRICATION
Regular care and lubrication of the running surface guarantees a longer lifetime of the running surface and also
contributes significantly to your safety during training.
How do I check the lubrication?
Lift one side of the running surface and stroke with your finger over the running board under the running surface. If
this surface is dry, then a lubrication is necessary.
Maintenance Description
Simply drip a little bit of oil, using the practical dosing tube of the silicone oil bottle, into the existing red container.
For average use, repeat this process every one to two months. If you run many kilometers several times a week or if
several people use the treadmill regularly, you should fill the container more often with oil.
NOTE: Do not apply too much silicone oil. Excess oil should be wiped off.
Walk on the treadmill at a slow speed for 3 to 5 minutes to spread the silicone oil evenly.
